Despite such comments, a composed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - normally known for his theatrics - shared friendly words and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul instead targeted ex Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and labeled him "a joke" after the Cameroonian declined a bout proposal.

Anthony Joshua, at the same time, took aim at British rival Fury - and refused a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a victory for Paul.

"I respect him for that."

Despite stating he plans to damage his opponent, Joshua chose not to comment unfavorably about his rival's boxing ability.

He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in 2023.

The 28 year old predicted a knockout win in the fourth or fifth round and asserted he would derail the much-anticipated match between Joshua and Fury, which is reportedly under discussion for two years from now.
